Has anyone got any photos or ideas has to mount the smaller number plate on the back of mini without drilling all new holes and without it looking a bit lost in space on the Australian number plate holder, it would probably look better on 850 type holders.

I have been looking for some kind of an adaptor mounting plate but can find nothing.

See timmys posts. He ordered a blank number plate off eBay. Is was 850 euro size but you can get standard NSW size too.

For a while I had an old period NSW plate behind the historic. Probably not technically legal but the numbers of the old plate are pretty much covered up.

I went to my local plastic shop. He made me a standard plate size, drilled holes to match old plate holes for $10.

I did this:

The four "screws" in the historic plate do not penetrate the number plate holder.

Mine has the wider flap, but you can buy custom or blank Aus sized plates from eBay

One like this would work for the Aus size
