Hmmm.... 1964 Deluxe...... Um no, not untill 1965. Sliding windows in a Deluxe... Um no. Nice tail lights. 
99H engine number is much later than 64! It is a nice mini but it is not a Deluxe.

the body is pre 64 cos it has a round bottom at the front... i think its a mix and match |

it's an early 850 with a clubman 998 motor, IMHO. Wipers park to the other side to normal too, plus what has been noted above. |
