heaps of VERY fast cars entered for this the 20th anniversary meeting
be there or be square :-)

Austin-7 rad surround not fully sorted yet, but getting there :-)but we ended up 3rd outright & 2x secs quicker than last meeting so massive jump :-)
heres some vids

sorry about the angle, new go-pro & dont know how to use it yet :-)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2l0zveTKNI

we were only .02 of a sec from 2nd outright
not even a blink in it :-)
still have some wheel alignment (geormetry) issues to sort, (more camber-caster needed me thinks)
but certainly getting closer to having it handle
& we are still yet to tune it,,, 2x different power-comander computer so far & both wrong, so we could do with way more ignition & way more fuel & maybe spot another 10 or 15hp to come i reckon

:-)
Happy as a pig in sh1te :-)

pretty dam good for a $6000 home-built , mini-based, bucket-o-bolts hey? :-)
sticking it to most of the big-dollar boys with all their mega-buck, formula-1-2 &-3 cars with $20K aero-packages & massive power & huge money suspensions & such :-) :-) :-) tickles me no-end :-) :-) :-)

another cam angle from Noosa
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXT6tWYxYuk&t=1s

as you may be able to tell, i stuffed up corners 10 & 11,,, went into them a bit too hard/deep
this thing just loves to rev & makes you want to keep the right foot buried :-)
still havn`t got enough caster on this set-up & certainly still have WAY too much rear-grip
still havn`t tuned the dam thing in 6 years, got the wrong power-comander twice so far
Mt Cotton Hillclimb next weekend, who`s coming? :-)
