You are correct and they must be reamed IN LINE with the needle bearing. NO I don't have the gear. ![]() Take 'em to Mini Classic- (Greig Malaure) he did mine! ![]() |

Jai, Diameter is 13/16". Reamer needs to be piloted in the needle bearing at the other end. |

Adjustable reamer for 13/16" and then modify it to take a screw-on pilot. And a sleeve to fit in the needle bearing. Another one of my many projects for the future.. ![]() |

Actually I do have a suitable reamer here. Belongs to the local vet. One day, this year, I'll finish it off so it works.... ![]() |

I got a few options for getting a new one. 1. try and get it ordered from work. 2. Ring my old man and get him to call some family friends that have engineering shops. give me a few week and I will have a new one for you if you are up for doing my radius arms Thanks Cody |

The other problem with these arms is getting the old bush out. I've never done one, but heard they are a PITA. Could probably screw a 7/8" W tap in there and then drive the lot back out with a drift. That's how I get the diff housing bushes out of remote gearboxes (I use a 9/16" UNF tap). ![]() |
