Hello Arnaud, why do you want to buy doors in Australia ? purchase it in UK the shipment costs should be lower.

He can't buy Australian doors in the UK.

Minisport require that they build a custom wooden box to send door skins in. Perhaps a small wooden box for a whole door? Do you need glass as well? If not, might cut down on weight.

We really need someone who is good at woodwork to speak up and say they can make a box and what it'll cost. Once the box is made, finding a courier is easy

Huddersfield spares sent me a body panel from the UK with just cardboard and tape around it, wouldn't that be sufficient if it's done right.
I could make him a box, $50 + materials if he really wants. I would need good dimensions as my car's a rover with no door pockets. Then it would have to go to who ever has door (s)

Where in Australia is the door you have won on ebay? If we know that there may be someone close by who could help?

I reckon...that a standard pallet would go close to enclosing a door...you would need to pull the centre brace out and tack more palings on...and one diagonal metal strip maybe...wrapped in placky and away you go.

Weight would be an issue cost-wise but the main thing is to protect the panels????
