YAY! I have in my hot little hands my very own set of Cooper S 7.5inch disc brakes, CVs, Hubs and all! Finally!

Sorry for the useless post but I am so excited, it's only been an agonising 12 months searching for them! I am one step closer to finally rebuilding that dream 1360cc

Can't tell you who and can't tell you price, but can tell you they are in tip top shape and I got it for a very good deal :D

Mmmm one day when I get hondas fitted i'll know what mini feels like with discs. Have no idea what it feels like to be able to stop properly.

Hell I don't even know what a 1275 engine feels like.

I checked them out this arvo.
They need new seals, pistons, C/Vs, and the drive flanges faced to clean up.
Bearings may be OK after a repack.
Rotors are on the wear limit, but are fresh. He'll get a year or 2 out of them. 8)

Chong also now knows what a modified 1360 feels like... :P

Mick,
They were machined just before it was parked, but are now on bottom limit, 8.0mm. Can't machine any more. They are flat and parallel.
Be OK for a set of pads or 2.
I gave him some NOS UK pads to get it rolling. :)

Yeah I'd check what wheels, first..
Today boostedmini and I tried both offset Contessas on his MiniSpares 7.5" ventilated 4 pots.. Neither will fit....

And also note the MiniSport UK alloy billet ones (in your pic?) are known for flexing... :?
