Has anyone mounted an MPI front radiator in an Australian mini?

The MPI didn’t have a distributor and they had moved the oil filter and alternator by that stage to clear. You might find it really tricky to access the oil filter and I think you’d have to get an aftermarket trigger wheel style ignition?

There is a good guide to MPI changes here

You could use a remote oil filter bolted on the inner guard

I think I might just run the standard radiator. I've read that the later English minis had the engines moved forward in the engine bay and thought that there may be more room at the front of the Aussie mini.

I've seen a front mount rad in a Clubman, it was a scrap yard part so I can't tell you what it was out of but it was alloy core with plastic end tanks and a thermo fan bolted straight to it.

I've used an Alfa 33 radiator/thermo setup in a Clubby.
