Is it possible to ID body manufacture date from the engine number 9F/XE/Y537??.

Not really. They jumped around so much. You can estimate them to a 6 month period. That engine number would fit a mid to late 1969 looking at the register.

I would be happy to add my car's details but they are inconclusive. Most of the body matches Mk2 details. The parts that are hard to read are the bonnet gutter numbers and the radiator surround numbers, all the other features match up.

My S engine no is 9F/XE/Y53725, so could be close to yours. I believe it to be the original engine and body, born 9/69. It came with a Mk1 head, Lockheed brake booster, wiper motor and distributor have the appropriate dates.
