We are coming to the end of our restoration of our ‘63 Cooper. Unfortunately it was resprayed in the early ‘80’s & the colours are way off the original Osmond green, we were wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in the Newcastle/Sydney area we can take the bonnet to & have it colour matched for some touch up paint.
Thanks for all the help along the way.
Gail

Any panel shop can do it, Although it will never be the same as your paint now, because of the age of the paint, Your car was probably painted in acrylic lacquer.

any automotive paint shop should be able to do it for you - if they can't, then they're not much of a paint shop... some of them do it by eye, others do it with a machine

I wasn't so lucky. Local Autolac couldn't match paint at my local place, so had to go to VG Autopaints with my bonnet! (the number plate flap was not well painted enough to get a reading!)
