Just surfing the net as I always do at 4am.... but tonight I came across a site that lists and pictures all the known mini-based kit cars... and there are some tasty examples to be seen.

http://www.minimarcos.org.uk/altpics/

Enjoy.

Ooww! That hurts my eyes looking at it! I see a door handle but no door - can't work out how you'd get into it.

Yea i reckon that ones a trailer, but theres some pretty crazy Mini-Shorties out there.
Theres a couple in Adelaide.
And i *was* considering doing one, until i asked an engineer the rough costs of getting one road registered.... very ouch.

Hmmmm site is OK but it has a way to go...

No Broadspeed GTs for a start!! and they could have thrown in the name of our own Guy Buckingham under the Nota Fang entry....

That yellow short mini IS driveable.... and I believe it is also registered for the road (in the UK).

From what I remember, the door on the other side is the one that opens, but I will need to look thru my videos again to check.

Just went through and had a look at all of them. There's some nice race cars etc in there, but geez there's some abortions as well! Why would you bother?
