Hi all what sort of switch do people like to use as a master switch? I’m looking at either using a Narva 61043BL or an anbi switch. Open to suggestions. I would like to mount in the boot area close to the negative terminal |

I've just put in a 150A circuit breaker on the positive side I was worried that there's a long cable vulnerable under the car that is unfused. I mounted the circuit breaker on the back of the rear seat, it has a manual breaker that would isolate the battery if needed or to slow down a possible theft... It also lets me insulate the battery terminals better so things in the boot are less able to short the battery. |

Timmy201 did you wire that into the negative terminal? Does the red knob/ key come out? |

I have used a Hella isolation switch on the earth side. It won't act as a fuse but is easily turned off in an emergency or as anti-theft. Hella is a bit dearer than copies but seems a better quality item. Needs a simple bracket to mount it. |
