I would suspect most 3veryone has changed over to spin on cartridge which are a much better, cheaper and cleaner option.
If originality is important then I suggest an original imported from one of the UK suppliers.

Ryco R2200P filters still don't have the 2 seals.
I am still using the cartridge style filters. It is a bit messy but not the end of civilisation.
Mini Spares UK have these seals separately:

These 2 seals fit the Ryco 2200 filter unit (Aust'n made) but the O ring for the outside of the cannister isn't thick enough for Cooper S cannisters (UK made) which also use a different cartridge.

You can get odd sized O rings from most bearing shops.
