What could be the cause of the car pulling to the left when backing off accelerator at high speed? |

Check the steering rack for play, tie rod ends, steering arm bolts, all the suspension rubbers. Incorrect wheel alignment.

jambos wrote: What could be the cause of the car pulling to the left when backing off accelerator at high speed? Has the car always done this, or is it only recent? One of my minis has always done something similar - especially when going over a 'yump', where the front suspension first drops, then compresses when the weight of the car comes back down. The car used to steer to the right as it landed then to the left as the ride height changed. Since the recent rebuild, it is not doing this. The only thing changed in the rebuild was fitting polyurethane bushes. I am also thinking that getting the castor angles the same on both sides using adjustable lower control arms and tie bars might have some effect. |

Steering arm loose on hub, can be worn arm, dowel or hub hole. Been there fixed several. [edit} Is more likely to occur with fat wheels. |

Try swapping the tyres left to right. Worn tyres can make cars ver left or right. Most often at low speed though. Sent from my SM-J530Y using Tapatalk |
