Hi,
I have a Kent Cam for a 1275 motor. On the box it has AEG510 and on the Cam it is stamped A182KC510, does anybody know what Spec this cam is.

AEG510 is listed by Vizard as the later cooper S cam.
10-50/51-21

Valve lift (std rockers) 0.318".

Not real exciting. :cry: They regrind nice to an RE-13 though... 8)

I gots me a new 286S(scatter) kent in my new motor. very nice, lots of midrange, but no huge lump at idle. How does this compare to the RE13? Vizard described the 286S as "The ultimate fast road cam" cant be too bad...

Don't forget he wrote that 25? years ago..
There's been better cams ground since, IMO. 8)
