I vaguely remember there being a NSW rival for Monaco Mtrs (VIC) 850 Sports...but had never seen an advert for it from Nov 1961...until now!

I wonder if they also used H1 SUs :?:

[Edit: I also vaguely remember talking to someone from P&Rs who said they bought in some twin carb kits from Manton...but I could be mistaken! as there were zillions of speed, engineering and tuning shops, BMC Special Tuning in Alexandria etc around at the time]

Great advert. First I've known of a dealer Sports 850 competitor. Is there still one out there somewhere with original equipment fitted?
