Here's an idea.

you could fill the petrol tank up with beer and have a special pump to pump it out so you dont have to get up to get a drink while watching bathurst or the likes.
Now there is an idea for the clubman shell i have in my back garden, the front is goin to be a BBQ and the rear can be a couch, bar, entertainment seat for my pub i have.
thanks for the idea.

Just remember to get rid of the subframe and trailing arms.... then design something a bit lighter to support the wheels...... because you can save ALOT of weight by doing that

You could mount a sub in the boot connected to the home theatre system for that vibrating seat movie experience

I was going to make one - I had a half cut that was perfect for the job but I ended up just getting rid of it. I think I'm going to have to make one some day although my wife doesn't share my enthusiasm for having it in the lounge room  .

This website gives a good step-by-step of the process http://www.miniacs.de/mini-net/couch.php

well,,,i believe that the green one in the first post is an English version of the later Leyland/Rover mini,,,& not in fact a "Clubman",,,goin on the tail lights & rear number plate light only tho,,,,so therefore, the statement isn`t really suited to the pic,,,but then i would have to agree to some part of the statement, but disagree with the "Usless" part,,,as it`s quite obvious that clubmans do have their usess,,,

they make good speedway cars,,,& also quite good lounges & BBQs too,,,& on the odd occasion have been the basis for a good engine conversion , not unlike the Turbo Charged Alloy V8 jobby :-)

hee hee,,,sorry , couldn`t resist

:-)

 you must be a journalist - talk about your all time mis-quotes!!!

I'd better not show her this thread now - I'll get in trouble and definitely won't get approval to muck up HER loungeroom with a mini couch!!
