Hi everyone, I have recently bought a '64 850 that I am going to slowly be restoring in the limited spare time that I have. I am wanting to take it back to its original colour which is moss green, however I am wanting to bring the rest back to period original instead of exactly as this particular car came out. I have had a search through the forum and seen a few brochures for both the clubman and early mini which have some of the accessories that you could option when getting them new, but was wondering if there is a comprehensive list anywhere of what accessory options were available from new for the Australian 850's? Any help would be much appreciated Cheers Tim |

There are some really interesting things there thanks. Gives me a lot of things to think about. I like that carpet was in one of the brochures, as I think that it would clean up the interior fairly well. One of the main reasons that I decided to not go fully original for the car is that the interior was looking like it was going to be near impossible to complete in original trim. These are UK magazines full of period accessories and aftermarket bling. I'm lucky enough to have some old alfa romeos which I will use some more creative license with or I could see myself straying far from original with the mini haha. Your car looks amazing by the way. It will take me years to get to that kind of condition. The carpet definitely makes it look more comfortable |

Those little scratch guard/escutcheons are really nice for a sliding window Mini. Certainly my personal favourite period mod. That and a period roof rack

Wow, I have never seen side panels like that before. Is that car moss green? I really like the roof racks too. Are the scratch guards you are talking about those that go behind the door handles? |

The side panels are in the brochure at the top gtogreen has posted. I'm not sure what green it is The handle scratch plates are these, they can be hard to find |
