They do a very interesting 2 part bulkhead seal, although not cheap

Nice, thanks for sharing those ball joints could be worth looking at, especially for a car that gets driven lots.

Yeah I'd rather drive my mini than work on it

I've seen it done on a you tube video and it looks to be a quality unit, easy to fit

Can't watch him. He is a legend in his own lunch hour. Just a heads up for anybody who cares to open it up and watch. Scroll the the last three minutes and you will get what you want to find out.

He cracks me up though, I love him for his belief in himself and his genuineness.

That company has some other nice parts too!

TK - are you installing them on a vehicle in the short term? I think we'd all like to know your reaction in terms of quality and compatibility with the original part. ;)

This would be a fairly easy part to 3d print. I am rebuilding a 1970 mini and was wondering what to do with this hole. I'll design and print something in ABS. Just printed a blank for the heater duct on the left hand side of the bulkhead as I'll install an electric version. I'll post some pics at some point.

Is there an update on these ball joints? I am looking at them currently for my '850'
