cruising down Yan Yean Rd today about 4:20pm and i see a BRG (could have been black,was shadowed by trees) Rover mini coming the other way.
It was a P plater with K8IE rego plates, i gave the usual mini wave, but i didnt see it being returned, maybe somebody that is new to the whole mini waving at each other thing!!!!!!:P
