Saw a green roundy driving around Dromana today. No plates on either the front or back.

I was in Dromana today... i have my front numberplate so it folds back with the wind as i drive. I've got a rear plate though so it probably wasn't me then.

I would have gone through Dromana around middayish. Went up Arthurs Seat on my way home from a mate's house in Rye.
