Well on my 2 hr 45min round trip today from Stanmore to Campbeltwon (in the height opeak hour trafic i might add, so how is that for time!!) I was driving down the
M5 and spot a mini in the broken down lane with bonnet up, So i dives across two lanes of traffic to help this poor gent who did not know what to do.

no spark at the dizzy, hmmm ahh wire off the coil... hmmm still no spark... arggg... AHHH fuse blown. now spark, now start. excellent.

He was very grateful and said hey isnt that the car from the Mini Experience? top little car mate. Thanks i said,.

thats my story for the day.

Many thaks for that Chris!
It was my brother-in-law Terry. I had just gotten off the phone with him trying to sort out the problem & to add to the problem he was haveing trouble with his moble phone. I'm in Canberra at the time I was driveing to work myself in my yellow Mini (Maggie May)
I Expect you will see Terrry at the next NSW club meeting!

We (Terry & I) where on the phone last night saying a lot of stufff can go wrong with a mini before it will leave you stranded. (even then only untill another mini driver arrives.

Many thanks Chris

OK Chris.
So why didn't you get my car started for me when I broke down?
John.
