Spotted a very very nice bright red Moke coming out of a open space car park/ lot (right next to the Macq Centre car park). This was at 2:00pm on 31st March 08. The sound from the engine was suberb, not rough at all, maybe it's a conversion?

Just a recount: I said to that guy 'nice little Moke' whilst he was waiting for his turn to get onto the road from the pedestrian path. He then said thanks man and then went like flying!

saw the same Moke again just then at 3:45pm today near the same place.

Managed to talked with the owner. He said he bought the car for 12K and said it was already very original when he bought it.

The plate begins with XBM - . . .

Will take a shot of it next time around there. Such a lovely car....
