I know how you feel, I think i'd read at least 3 or 4 of the previous spottings of this ad over the course of the past 2 months, but the first time I saw it last week I still thought - Oooh! A mini, and just did not connect the 'spottings' with seeing the ad for myself.

I think I tend to switch off to any ad for KFC/Oporto/Red Rooster etc, so all I got from it the first time I saw was 'mini'

Second time, I realised what it was selling and made the connection

Well, don't worry about not seeing it yet......the best part is the glimpses of the mini! The rest is 'fast food forgettable' as weevel noted.....

Pity we didn't get the Suncorp ad with the red Cooper S here in NSW.....that was better and you got to see the car properly....
