Nar its just the whole liability thing. Its a load of crap, i'm sure of it.

HOW can we make the principal or whoever accept to let students have their own car park? we're trying stuff...
Maybe buy a boonger Colt or something and get it smashed by another car on the parade by another boonger car.
Or something?
