Spotted at the side of the road before the rail line, decided to go down and go around the roundabout to come back and take a look and he was on the move. Was just roaming round as my daughter was sleeping, so followed him for a bit to take a closer look.
Rover badges on rear, bullet mirrors, centre exit exhaust, 60s style grille though. Also missing his front rego plate!

Stolen or casing out a few milk bars for a stick up, is my guess
