I have driven passed this mini at least 8 times.. it's always parked in the same spot.. hasn't moved in ages.. Its for sale aswell. I was going to enquire about it. Damn I guess everyone knows it's location now :roll:

It's not even a modern (or nice looking) place.. from the outside anyway.. maybe the inside is all done up, but I doubt it... Try getting a 2 bedroom unit close to the city for under $400k.. good luck..
