I seen him twice, same road, he's comming of Sth Gippsland Hwy & I'm getting on it.
Honked & waved but he (bald guy I think) ignores me lol... maybe cuz I drive a roundie lol.
Very nice purple clubbie with white stripes, looks very newish...

I'm pretty sure this guy lives in Narre Warren, I bought something a while back from an older guy, owning a clubby which fits that description.
