if anyone was thinking of purchasing those plates they would be well advised to check with the RTA.
My understanding is that if they were issued before the annual fee was imposed then they are only transferable to direct family members.
If you buy them you wont be able to use them unless you pay an annual fee to have them reissued in your name.
