Post subject:  Spotted Challenge
Ok , my latest mini arrival is travelling up from Melbourne this weekend , leaving Melbourne Friday afternoonish (at this stage) and getting here late Saturday/early Sunday depending on stopovers etc . This is the mini , very generously donated by Geoff , 1970 mini K (thank's heaps Geoff) -

I have a spare matchbox cream coloured mini van to send to the first person who can post a photo of it in transit in this thread . Melbourne to Coffs Harbour is a long way so there are plenty of chances for people to get a photo , I believe it will be on a trailer behind a Falcon but know nothing else at this stage .

Now if it were going the other way, I'd drive up the hwy and meet it.

Is it leaving from Portsea, Sorrento, Blairgowrie, Rye, Tootgarook, Rosebud, McRae or Dromana? If not I won't be seeing it :cry:

Great news Ian, enjoy it!

how many years do you have to get it on the road? 3? or a bit less?

looking forward to "spotting" it under it's own steam at some point - of course it's going to get it's own resto thread a la Mick isn't it?

I've got till 20th December 2010 for it's unveiling so a while to go yet ...
