The little dude was just calling out "mini , mini" and sure enough there's a cartoon on the ABC at the moment called "The Amazing Adrenalini Brothers" and there's a huge wrestler/circus strong man type character driving a red mini with the remains of a union jack roof (his head and shoulders are through the roof) running from the police and driving up into a big circus van .
