...I was non-existant again

I beeped and waved but didn't get a response.

The driver was a middle aged man with his wife(?) as a passenger.

I then went in to the petrol station and was talking to the attendants about it (they know me and my mini pretty well). One of the guys said "hang on hang on, you've got to look at the situation from the husband's perspective...here he is driving with his wife and then all of a sudden some nice looking blonde (I'm not blonde grr) starts beeping and waving at him...what's his wife supposed to think?"

Yeah well I didn't think of it that way but still a wave would have been nice
