Spotted this 850 today-someone is spending up big on this 850. Good body ,very little rust-must of been stored away somewhere :)

By the looks of the clutch master, thermostat housing & radiator cap I'd guess that it hasn't been stored idle. The body is in fantastic condition.

Last rego sticker on windscreen says 2005.
The guy doing the work on it couldn't wait to tell me about this Mini that he has in his shop.Then he told me the colour that it is going to be painted :shock:
All I can say is that I will take a few pics when it gets to that stage.It will be different!

Another saxon green 850 having a personality change :(

I had to have a double take though , it has a couple of marks on the body almost exactly the same as mine :lol:

You won't have to worry about this one staying saxon green Ian :cry:
I tried my best to tell the painter to leave it in its original colour and unfortunately that's not going to happen.
Once it starts getting some of its new colour on(maybe late next week) I'll post a pick.....You have been warned :roll:

it must be my eye's :shock: but is that clutch Housing Huge as I'm bling mine at the moment and I wish thies was that much room

Made a call into the Panel/Paint Shop today-the 850 is getting closer to having some paint put on it.I may have talked him into keeping it in Saxon Green 8) I guess I will find out next week.

The progress has been good this week.... when I called in yesterday they had started the paint process-and good news!! The owner has decided to keep it in Saxon Green :D

It's supposed to be Saxon Green.. . maybe when the outside is painted next week it will look like the correct colour?
