Spotted you today on quakers parkway, we both waved, was a totally fulfilling experience.

How's the van coming?

Gooday Adam,

Was good to see you, the van's going well. Starting to think about the interior but that will have to wait a little while.
That was the first run out for the clubby yesterday, got her back (together) on Friday, motor all rebuilt, new steering rack and a heap of other bits - just have to sort a few hickups in the motor and then it will get a decent run.
I was in the newsagent last week picking up the mini mag and a there was a mate of yours there, started to tell me about your mini. he looked at me like I was from ASIO when I told him your name - good for a giggle.
Catch you soon.

Dennis

Lol, what exactly did he say? Not quite sure how this went down, did he see you with the mag and pipe up about my car?

What did he look like? Can't think of any of my friends bold enough to approach someone and start talking about my car lol.

If you decide you don't want the van anymore, i'll take it, on the road to chopping one into a ute (as long as its not a commercial). But that's only if you decide you don't want it :)

Yeah he seen me with the mag and heard me telling the newsagent about the clubby (supercharger etc always get a surprised look).
I don't know what he looked lke, a young bloke (I'm an old fart) but he told me you were trying to get a start with Ivan over at Castle Hill, any luck??
I'll be keeping the van mate, my wife bought it for me

Catch up soon.

Yea no luck, Ivan says hes far too old to do the courses take on an apprentice.

So i'm currently looking for a panelbeating apprenticeship, preferably at a resto shop so i can do real panel beating :)
If you know anyone, give me a yell (not sure what you do for a living).
