This sad sight was spotted on the M2. :cry: :cry:

It might be the one that got hit by a Torana after it was parked.

Damn lucky there wasn,t a fire , could have been one with a hot exhaust , I,d say its pretty much gonesky , just strip it and reshell

The race car in your photo belongs to David Wheatley

David was parked after an earlier incident at turn two at Eastern Creek on Saturday and thank god jumped out of the mini, two laps later the mini was hit at about 90kmh by an out of control EH Holden driven by Steve Pittman.

David's car is unfortunately a wreck,

Steve Pittman is from last reports in hospital in a coma with severe injuries.

Our thoughts to both Steve and David.

heard about this on Tuesday and if I had any photo's, but I didn't know it was on and I was on the wrong side of the city. I Hope Steve gets better soon, thats looks like he's gone in front first :cry:
