Hey guys,
As the title suggests i spotted a white/cream clubby in warragul this afternoon at approximately 12 at the Caltex petrol station. It had hubcabs on it and was in very good condition, unforunately i wasn't able to stop and have a look at it because i wasn't driving.
I was just wondering if it was anyone's from here and if there from around gippsland.

i saw the Mini a few times at the petrol station. sometimes out the front car park, sometime around the back - until it closed. I saw it once soon after down the street, and hadn't seen it since until recently.

spotted on Queen street, opposite the club hotel between 4-4.30 friday 12 march. took a photo but couldn't be bothered uploading it

then spotted again almost the same spot the next friday (yesterday) same time. took some [phone] photos.





the interior looks in great condition, seats look redone
been resprayed and rust stains are starting to come through again
1974 standard model.
small Minisport.com.au sticker on the rear window.

looks very nice, and very small between amoungest all the big cars!

I have seen that one there for the past few weeks, parked out front of the phone place.
I used to work a hundred metres up the road from there and there was/is also an orange clubby at the same place, driven by a young girl. They usually park out the back
but I'm not sure why the white one is out the front, maybe they are doing something to the carpark.

I did see the white one at the Caltex just before it closed, I kept saying tomorrow I'll stop and ask who's is it then the servo closed

I also saw a white roundie in Warragul on friday afetr work driven slowly by a little old lady, looked like she had an irate que behind her.

a family friend said she'd seen a little 850 with an elderly driver. she also said she was hoping to ask her about the car's history one day....maybe an original one owner????

Spied this one in Warragul again today, although looking a little different to last time!



The paint looked very fresh, and seemed like a nice job. It was sitting up rather high, perhaps some new suspension parts.

I saw the back of a Clubman at a Warragul panel beaters about 6-8 weeks ago so
maybe it was in for a respray.
