I was putty in its hands!

Still a great Mini-road.

The warning signs for Motorcyclists are visually unattractive as is the crunched buzzbox with police tape and a reflective cone sitting on the boot.

Points to note, 35Km/Hr advisory, when it is downhill and off-camber, definitely, demands respect!

The only part I thought was over nanny-ed was the 100Km/Hr section after the McDonald River valley which some lazy sod left as 80 kays to save signs for the next few clicks before the windy bits again

Ohhhhh...and the Grey Gum Café is for sale...

OoOoo I am going up there Sunday to have a look at a place that's for sale. Sounds like I need to take the Moke and not the Pajero...

I heard the female Sud Afrikaan Real Estate agent extolling the virtues of the café from at least 400 yards away! There are several options for accommodation and General Store available.

You could trailer the Moke up close to the Putty...hmmmm Colo Vale ummmm Heights has good roads as well....

Edit: Vale the Heights!
