Saw this restored moke on the back of a truck heading south on Stuart Hwy just outside of Darwin. Looked good from the rear, never got to overtake and view the front. Was burgundy in colour and had a sort of Ute/toolbox rear.

If it was heading to the southern states it would be on a car transporter, maybe it belongs to someone in Katherine, Tenant or Alice?

It was/is actually red in colour.

It was sent down to Mini & Moke World for a referb after a company in Darwin
had a go & failed.

Built exactly to the specs the customer supplied.
He was extremely happy to see the moke & can't wait to get it registered & on the road.
