Looks awesome though

Thanks Gordo and everyone else,

Yes, the MKII might just be tilted forward a little and maybe a bit more aesthetical in design.

Thank you all for your comments,
Tricky

Ok people, here is the latest.

Went and saw the Spray Painter on Friday, and this is what happened.

I must have looked angry as I purposefully strode into his workshop. Upon seeing me entering the shop, he stopped gurneying this car and simply said 'Monday, its going down to Baines (the panel beater) on Monday without fail'

I said 'Without fail?', and he said, 'Without fail!' So, its all go for Monday (apparently). Time will tell, but I feel a bit relieved that something is about to happen, and I have got that old excitement back again.

Wish me luck!

Cheers,
Tricky

Thats good news Tricky. Hopefully "without fail" really means without fail.

Shame it has to come to that though. I really have no idea who I will get to do mine when the time comes. I've heard far to many stories like this it makes me very wary.

no, he kicked him in the teeth..... however, the initial point of impact was the testicles....

so I guess you could also say he kicked him in the bladder, intestines, stomach, lungs, heart, neck.... then teeth

Its the rugby legs that do it every time!

MM - I would like to offer advice, but I think I am the last one you should ask.

Simon and Simon - thanks for the words of encouragement gents, appreciate it.

Will detail another post tomorrow evening and see if anything has changed!

Cheerio,
Tricky

Well, I went and visited the spray painter at 10.30am this morning on my way through.

And gues what?.............................nothing had been done. The car was still sitting in the corner collecting dust has it had been for the past several months.

The spray painter (owner) wasnt there, only the panel beater so he couldnt give me the why's and wherefore's of the situation.

If I was wild before, I am even wilder now!

Tricky
