Hello guys and gals, Just wondering whether all B16's were VTEC's?? Also, is it likely that the engine would be running rich if it was missing the coolant temp sensor?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Yes, but not all are created equal. See http://tech.hybridgarage.com/tech/bseries.html for some details. And yes, without the temp sensor the ECU will probably be in "starup mode" i.e. rich. |
