Hi Jon,

If you really have a hankering for a Honda (and who doesnt), and wanted to make it road-legal, then personally I would go the B16/B18 route.

My preference would be the B18A VTEC (Integra/Integra Type R) engine if NA was you install of choice.

Of course you could try to put in the H22A engine, and hope to get it passed by a certifier, but I wouldnt count on it.

For my money, the H22A engine as HP says, is quite heavy for the HP output compared to the B16/B18 engines, which are more performance orientated.

You could also try this:

Even though a 1.5 litre, once turboed I would expect something in the order of 200hp atw
and if you got it for under say $750, it would be a steal.

There area few guys on here that are doing this very conversio.
