Hi Jon, If you really have a hankering for a Honda (and who doesnt), and wanted to make it road-legal, then personally I would go the B16/B18 route. My preference would be the B18A VTEC (Integra/Integra Type R) engine if NA was you install of choice. Of course you could try to put in the H22A engine, and hope to get it passed by a certifier, but I wouldnt count on it. For my money, the H22A engine as HP says, is quite heavy for the HP output compared to the B16/B18 engines, which are more performance orientated. You could also try this: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4644353399&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 Even though a 1.5 litre, once turboed I would expect something in the order of 200hp atw and if you got it for under say $750, it would be a steal. There area few guys on here that are doing this very conversio. Regards, Tricky[/url] |
