I thought it was time to add some pics of the conversion into the conversion forum
Most of the frame is done and the motor is in, Just need to line up the tie rods and weld in the brackets, etc...

lookin good gordo, im starting to think what it would be like with a toyota motor now :( subframe is different but looks like its going to be stong enough, dunno about the welds but :P hehe but nah keep up the good work most of the hard stuff is done.. well not really but haha ya gettin there :) keep the pics comin kk

The subframe isnt complete yet.. Still need to make a mount up for the tie rods, having an extended front makes it a little trickier, and if it all went well this arvo then the motor and frame will be coming out tomorrow for the total weld up :D

Its always good to see progress. One step closer Dan.

Looking good. I see Mr Enforcer is moving towards Dean's style of frame then Brad's. Did he mention the reason behind this move? I would have thought Brad's was sufficient.

Enforcer is telling me that the round tube frame is stronger... And mine isnt solid mounted, but there is a couple of different little tricks going about mounting it
