Hi guys

After going to the mini 50 last year up at wakefield park and watching those mini's flying around the track ,the bug bit and i had to have one

After helping a mate do his starlet conversion, i had to go jap engine for the sheer reliability and ease of getting parts

A few motors were considered but i decided on the honda vtec

Meanwhile a mini was purchased from a fellow ausmini member and the journey began

Heres a pic of the beast when i first got it

Awesome, haven't seen many Vtec's in Australia. What engine do you have and what specs are you aiming for eg n/a, turbo street racer or wolf in sheeps clothing :?:

if you can do it with minimal mods or make it virtually bolt in, i will be very interested in buying a kit if you decide to make them..
