Id like to come and have a look with a mate of mine who has just embarked on the same project. Im sure he could learn a thing or 2. He has the front cut off and just got his subframe delivered. |

Speaking of subframes, does this subframe (MiniTec?) alter the track width? I'll be watching this build with interest. I know of at least 4 Mini engine conversions here in Perth (including mine) in various stages, so it will be intresting to see how yours progresses Al! It's certainly much quicker when you can buy a subframe off the shelf. |

They are becoming increasingly more popular - and why not, they make the coversion that much more simpler!! I think there is one going into a Mini in Victoria too, on the peninsula I think...?? Cheers, Tricky |

love the vtec's these days, now they dont stretch round noses i have dimmed my dislike ![]() that looks really good, love the stance it has. aggressive wheels and tyres suit the vtec. is it being engineered as a 2 seater? |
