What CAD package are you using? I'm trying to wrap my head around that in solidworks and although its possible there's a heck of a lot of refrerence geometry in there!

This could be doe in solidworks easy enough, but I do my stuff with inventor, I've been using it for the best part of ten years now and its just second nature.

Only managed one day in the shed this weekend, but got the rest of the frame tacked in, and the engine into the frame too.

Engine in, sitting on the mounts. Happy days! :D

I'm trying, but the calendar isn't making that easy!

Hoping to have it done in 6 months (as if that'll happen!).

If your frame design works out then, i'd say there'd be a few that would want a kit!

Wow. Progess is so much quicker when you don't have do do all the bends and cuts yourself.

I like my engine in my gti though:p I think my mini will have to make do with the old 1098. Maybe a k conversion if I get a mill.

This will be sweet as though.

Thats a brillant design Harley, and coming together so quickly,

What model motor is it, Mark 1,2 or 3?
Is there a engine mount up the top on the left hand side, near the cam belt?
Where is the alternator going?
Have you tried it in a body yet to make sure your CAD is correct
