Mines got... So far...
Tamiya ESC
Ball bearings throughout
Tamiya TRF shocks and springs (these things are as good as anything you get in RC)
Tow in rear uprights (not the fancy blue alloys)
Have but not on yet...
3x sets Tamiya racing wheels
Various different compound tyres
Tamiya Titanium turnbuckles for steering arms
There is a Tamiya quick release battery kit coming, though won't use it most likely, we'll see how it goes with lipos
My steering servo is about as humble as it gets.
Now here is the hot tip. I have one of these radios.

Comes with a receiver and can be had, sent to your door for under $50 off eBay. If these had a brand name badge on em, and cost you 4 times as much, I would still be amazed by it. I also believe you can get the 3ch one, which you can program and save setting for multiple cars for under $70!
Will buy the hobbywing 13T 3000kv 30A brushless motor and ESC kit after I've done a bit of propper track stuff. It's the homologated set up for the Mini class along with a set of universals to replace the dog bone drive shafts.
They say that's really all you need to have to win. Bearings, shocks (don't need the fancy TRF ones, but man they are a nice bitta kit) motor/ESC, uni's and the right tyres.
