![]() Not only that sunshine.... NO FLARES! This baby is running std drums too, so with disks or spacer drums, we should see some full sportspack/group 3 flare fillage! |

nice work cam....ive got three of the white ones here ill be respraying soon...also have 3 of the 09 yellow ones too.... i want to pollish one like gafmo did...maybe just clear coat it... would like a coper coloured one too... |

i used to live with a guy that made models for tamiya, they got displayed in the glass cases at places like toys r us and toyworld and hobby shops, one of his tricks was to bake them in the kitchen oven for a short while after they were painted. He used to take apart 1/8th scale cars and respray them. He also used to use nail varnish colors. they tend to bake up really really shiny. Low heat, oven tray, turn oven off, leave tray in to cool as oven cools. |

been there ....done that....did a porsche for a freind witch was baked in the home oven.. i also did all my brake parts too my 6 spot calipers...bottom arms and other metal parts were all placed in oven after painted... i find too just painting them under one of those cheap spot lights from bunnings will do a good job too.....minamizes the runs as the paint drys realy quick.. |
