I am looking at buying a Mini Bimotor - #162 Targa Florio.
Produced by Spark. Scale is 1:43
What are the Spark models like - Any detail on them, and what about the quality for the cash which is about $90.

Hi

I don't have any Spark models so are not 100% sure of detail/quality but I believe they are quite good.

$90 seems to be about the going rate, if you were able/willing to wait you "might" pick one up cheaper on ebay, I have seen 1 or 2 on there but can't recall what they sold for.

Hope this helps.

Steve

I have all the spark clubman models as far as i know.

The yellow clubman
The red 1275 GT
The 1971 BL rally mini
The sydney to mexico or whatever.

They are very detailed and a very nice model.

Sports 850 put some pics of his BL rally mini here sometime ago. Will see if i can find it

just scroll down to spark. I have a few more now but havent put the photos on yet. They are very nicely detailed. I think I have the one you are talking about but have to photograph it yet.

I think you and sports850 may have went halves in postage or something?

I found the link and i think sports850 may have removed the picture from his photobucket or whtever site he bowworwed it from no-longer features it.

Yeah thanks, all in boxes in the garage at the moment, when my wife finds out I am history! I have another couple of hundred to add to the pics now. Was that you at the vic mini show 2 years ago? I judged your car as best but was outvoted.
