It is a monte carlo mini kit so i am going to make it the red with a white roof. So it should look like this if i dont stuff it up ![]() But, i am planning on making a clubby shell for it, i dont know how but i will find a way. So i'm going to make that clubby shell yellow so it can be my mini mini Here are some pics of the assembly ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

$180 off ebay, then 2 days after i orderd it my local hobby shop had a sale on the same model so it was $160 there. But the kit doesnt include a battery, battery charger, steering servo, controler, reciever and then you need the paint, this takes the 3 colours, you also need to buy these bent scissors for cutting the wheel arches out. They take a while to build but you soon get the hang of it. I'm going to airbrush mine because i can. So answering your question $160 for the kit $30 for a basic battery better ones are $70ish I already have a charger but chargers are $35 from hobbyking.com $50 for the controler, reciever and steering servo from hobbyking.com (just for the basic stuff) The scissors would possibly be $10 Paint is $15 a can, 3 colours so $45 for a can job or $5 for a little pot for an air brush. Supercheap have an airbrush for $32. So doing some maths $295 I recomend just buying a ready to run m03 if you arnt fussed They are $200 ready to run with everything then just buy the old mini body and buy a clubby front off me |

M03's and M05's are serious stuff guys. Dont be scared to invest money in them. The aftermarket support for parts is second to none. These are one of the most popular classes in Australian RC racing. The real deal. I get most my spares for my M03 from www.m-chassis.com . Tim is an m-chassis racer based in Melbourne and a very quick one at that. We will give you all the advice you will need, and the right advice. His prices are no more expensive, if not cheaper than buying stuff from hong kong or any other place, so you have no excuse but to deal with him. |
