Hi All,

Just felt sorry for the new Mini - sorry Bini.
Not many posts so here are some photos of our recently acquired 2007 MINI Cooper S Chilli, auto. Its the wife's car and I am ocassionally given permission to drive it
Must admit it does go well, just very quite compared to the original, but the ride is very firm and the steering very direct.

the checkered mirrors were a late arriving option, there is also a checkered cover on the back of the internal rear view mirror.

eeewwwwwww. Sorry but I would have got the 6 speed manual. It would still be fun to drive even though it's an auto.

I like the interior of the new ones, looks fresh and updated compared to Mum's 2004 Cooper S Chilli.

Nice car, you should get heaps of trouble free miles out of it. There's something about black and white that just looks good on mini's.

Hi Brett,

Hmmm! We debated for many hours over the colour of our new mini which the wife had decided should be pepper white with black roof, but in the end and at the last minute the order was changed to astro black with white roof. Therefore interested to see photos when your arrives. When did you place the order?
Our car was ordered in May 07 , built June 07, delivered Sept 07.
