Post subject:  chrome accesseries

hey guys

wheres the best place to buy the chrome accesseries for the bini?

1) chrome ringS to fit the tacho,speedo, air vents etc

2) exterior chrome to fit the side vents n the pollen vents (bside the wipers)

3) chrome toggle switches

anything else that i could bling?

any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated

the only place i have seen adverts for this kind of stuff is in the UK mini mags. I know minimania in the US stocks it so theres an online option. Maybe try mini2.com they'd know and theres an aussie section in there.

currently Negotiatin with the lads on all the extras!
went for chilli black CVT model

friend is gettin the pepper white cooper S...(for 10 grand more) ouch!

im gettin it at bmw at doncaster (my area)

startin basic with nothing cost just under 30 at 29500 (but can be pushed for 28500 plus a few extras)

CVT (= auto) starts at 31500

the chillin pack (32500 manual) which includes all the goodies such as

front fog lights = 300
chrome line exterior = 300
rear spolier = 440
16 inch alloys = 1300
ehight adjustable front seat = 100
cruise control n multi wheel = 690
sport seat = 500
leather wheel = 160

etc ect.....

then theres the cooper S = 38500
cooper s chilli = 41500

Actually he is more than happy with the spi so I would get the MINI Cooper.

I wouldn't say that the above question is dumping on him for buying one. I was just totally taken by surprise. He went to all the trouble of finding out info and buying a Rover spi only to sell it straight away, and now he's thinking of buying a MINI Cooper.

I wouldn't "dump" on the MINI. I have been loaned one several times from Nick Stillwell of Bib Stillwell MINI Garage and also BMW Group Australia. They are fantastic to drive. Even drove one of the Cooper S with the John Cooper Works conversion. I'd absolutely love one but can't afford it.

If you read the article in Fast Fours or Car Audio you would find out that I listed this as my dream car.
